Beleive it or not you can do the same off server! And you can even do that
with specific files instead of full directories. But if you were going to do
it off server I would think the best thing to use would be DNS, unless of
course off server used virtual hosting as well, then this method would work.
This is like a mirror, I think the files are actually parsed through the
server before they go to the user.
