 I would contact the reseller and inform them that they are using
copyrited images and if they don't remove them, then you will
seek leagal action and might also seek damages.

 It's best to warn them first and give them a chance, also you
might want to send a registered letter regarding this matter 
directly to the reseller as well... 

 Then after a sufficient warning you can sue, and win quite
easerly, but you will need print and have all evidence 
notarized, and dated, sometime after you have notified them.
