this all depends on who did your graphics, how, and if you have the
copyright.  The easiest way to take care of this in the future is to
copyright all your work :::this can be a problem if you use others
graphics as a basis:::  I'm not going to get into digital art for the
sake of this forum...  but if your art is composed of original and
royalty free work  take a quick trip to digimarc.com

that should give you a basis in the future, as far as one of the
graphics on their page linking to your site, dont let em know, kinda
funny when theyre customers are hitting your site due to their poor
design.

 One of our former resellers(left) has stolen a few(5) graphics from our
site. 
 
 My question is has this happened to anyone? And is there anything than

  can do?
