Got it.
In any mail folder, select View->Current View->By Conversation Topic.
Since there is other mail I don't want to see that way, then I create a rule
that sends all [cobalt-users] mail to a sub-folder, then I view that folder
by thread. Outlook 2000 isn't actually that bad... clunky, but stable.
