[cobalt-users] FTP can't see anything problems

I have a RAQ2 and haven't had many problems with it.  However, just a few
minutes ago I tried to ftp into the machine and get this error"
STATUS:>	Retrieving directory listing...
COMMAND:>	PORT 192,168,4,31,10,250
	200 PORT command successful.
COMMAND:>	LIST
	425 Can't build data connection: No route to host
ERROR:>	File error 

I have tried all sites on the server and everything is the same.  Can
someone please help with this?
