Yes with Gandi, they offer dns if you purchase domain names from them. But
with Granitecanyon, they offer dns as a public service to whoever needs it,
no domain to purchase... I am not using granitecanyon myself, but some users
on that list said they were pretty satisfied with them (especially using
them as secondary servers).
