You should have held out for the 16, and told them to cancel if they
couldn't give it to you.  Lots of providers can give you more.  If you
were in California, we could give you up to a C-block with an sDSL line.

(And no, not reselling Zyan; as I've said before, I'm stuck with Zyan
because of a legacy issue, I already resell Northpoint in California.)
