Since you didn't use the first IP address for a nameserver you need to
define a name for it....

ns1.huawen.com  internet address = 64.27.95.208
huawen.com      nameserver = www.huawen.com
*** [64.27.95.200] can't find www.huawen.com: Non-existent host/domain

by default the first ip address is the one the raq really wants to use as
a nameserver..
