[cobalt-users] How can I make my DNS host LIVE?

I just leased a RaQ3i and want to run my own DNS. I got 10 IPs and the
primary IP went to mydomain.com. I used 2 unused IPs to register 2 hosts
ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com. Now the hosts are in the internic
database. But I can't ping the 2 hosts. They seems not existed. How can I
make the two hosts LIVE? Where should I define the 2 hosts, in my RaQ's DNS
parameters or my ISP's DNS record?
