dunno specificlly about the Qube, but you can put mail into delivery mode
with -t , if the to: address of the existing user has been changed you can
redeliver the mail with cat /var/spool/mail/oldusername |sendmail -t

beware...if the username is still the same from the local machines point
of view it will just send the mail around in a circle and create a nasty
loop....
