[cobalt-users] SMTP port#

It is possible/easy to have semdmail available on another port in addition
to 25 for SMTP?

I have a few dial-up users on AT&T and other ISP's that are now doing port
25 blocking so that the only SMTP servers users can use their domains SMTP.
I am running the Pop-before-relay package so I am not worried about relay
issues.

Any help would be appreciated.
