[cobalt-users] Anyone else have this problem?

Hi,

I have a user on my domain that has a sub domain. They went into telnet and
changed the password for their account. But ever since they did that the
user can't access the "Site Management are of his site with the old and/or
new password and the User isn't listed in the Site Management when I do
access with the admin account.

So I though I would delete the sub domain and add it back again only to find
out that after adding the sub domain I can't add the user to that sub domain
because it says that the user already exists. But I can't seem to find the
user directory in FTP? Where could it be? And what could of happened?
