[cobalt-users] Frontpage Extentions Error?????????????

  I created a site and checked Frontpage extensions and also checked front
page extentions when I created the user but for some reason everytime the
user tries to use FP on there site it says that frontpage extensions are NOT
installed. Anyone know why we are getting this error?
