[cobalt-users] E-mail footer, for each mail of my server send.

How can I add a text line, like "Visit my web site: www.cyberfuel.com",
at  the fotter of each mail I send in my server.
Users can use whatever mail program, and the server will add the
line at the end of the mail, like the mails of  HOTMAIL or YAHOO.
