If you need help, I wouldn't suggest that you try changing this.
It's perfectly normal, that a user can see everything on the server,
that he has access to. I.e. you'll need to edit the permission for
each dir/file, that you want to deny access to.
_But_ this is not a right-hand task - you must know what you're doing
before starting out.
So my suggestion is: Don't do it.
Let them peek what they want. Just make sure you haven't done
something "stupid", like leaving your password in a world-readable
file... or something like that.
