I'm not impressed with their web site. Check out the support page--nothing
of substance there. Professionally is very important to me--it lets me know
that the company is serious about their image and reputation. If
professionalism isn't conveyed in the collateral and web site, then how can
it possibly be conveyed in their product and support? It can't.

For me it is just plain not worth going with a cheaper piece of equipment
from a company that I have never heard of. And it still doesn't have the
reliability, availability and serviceability features that the Cobalt
products lack, and that I think are required on mission critical web
servers.

If anything, people should take a step *forward* to a higher-end server
instead of the other way around.
