Yes i noticed myself asking questions and receive no response from the list.
While waiting, I continue to look at the resources and I have gathered and
have found the answers in the manual. Makes you feel stupid. Maybe that's
why there is no responses from the list. lol. I agree with buying from a VAR
as opposed to a CHEEP Price from EBAY or other Online Resources. Buying from
Someone like Ingram as saved my reputation several times. When stuck just
call the support line and BAM Answers. I bought my RAQ3I from a VAR (A
Worldwide Mall) awwm.com and they answer a lot of my questions. Even got a
deal because I bought my Router, Switch and PM3 from them at same time. That
means 1 support resource. That's what i consider a Back-up PLAN!

Hmm, think to 99.9% of cases noone have to use the cobalt support.
When i have a problem i first try to find what is the reason - and if
i need some more infos - when it is new stuff - i will search the knowledge
base and the internet. In most cases ive found afer only 30 (!) Minutes
that information i need to fix my problem.
Noticed that a lot of mails in that list are answered in the manual or the
answer
can be found in the knowledgebase from cobalt.
Ive sended one request to cobalt support to test it for myself. Got answer
in
just 3 hours. Think this is ok.
