I only use cobalt support as a last resort!  When a problem strikes I send
in a request to them only to start the clock on it.  I then turn to the
great people of this list and it's archives.  Everytime I have had my
problem solved before I ever got a response back from Cobalt.  Including one
time where I was unable to change user settings at all because of a problem
with my site_Usermod.cgi.  I did the diagnosis from the archives and tried
removing the various packages and reinstalling them but no go.  Three times
I asked the Cobalt tech if he could send me a good copy of the
site_Usermod.cgi just to make sure that was in fact the problem (since
nothing else they suggested had worked) and they would not.  I finally got
it from someone on this list and the problem disappeared.

Don't get me wrong I love my Raq3 and would not trade it for any Windows box
in the world but Cobalt support sucks!

Just one man's opinion, you may disagree, people are wrong all the time...
