First set up the domain in the DNS-Tables

A Record for org.ni without host - with the IP 200.20.12.8/24, also
check reverse

A Record for org.ni with host xyz at the same ip

To enable mail fpr xyz.org.ni add a MX Record, no host, priority high
to xyz.org.ni

Save changes to dns, and add the site with that ip and host xyz on
domain org.ni
