[cobalt-users] Site randomly goes down

Ive been having some problems lately with a couple sites. Every once and a
while a site will go down for a short period of time. Mail can be accessed
but the site is not viewable online. After a little while the site is
viewable again. Anyone else have this problem? This has been happening with
a couple sites.
