[cobalt-users] CPU Overload & swatch_service_body_defcon_2

I am running one site on a RAQ3 that gets about 3000 uniqute visitors a
day "about 20,000" page views per day....and I get CPU is heavily
loaded messages and SMTP server down messages all day.  When i check it
using TOP it looks fine.  Peaks from time to time up to about
30%....but never as high as the email messages say.  I also get the
"swatch_service_body_defcon_2" warnings on FTP and EMAIL.  I have never
installed and RPMs or anything so the server is basically STOCK.  Can
any expain these??
