[cobalt-users] RaQ3i FTP Hangs

My clients complain that in the middle of uploading the FTP stops and hangs,
crashes. It stops working completely no matter how big or small the file is.
I tried isntalling the patch Cobalt RaQ 3 Update 2.0 and it keeps telling me
its already installed, yet the front page 3mb limit STILL exists and
therefore the patch isn't really installed!
Someone please help! My clients can't FTP, the update won't install, and I
can't give anyone front page extensions either!
Should I upgrade proftpd?
