There are many hardware and software loadbalancers out there that will work. How much are you willing to spend?  I'd suggest checking out F5, RADWARE, Alteon, Foundry, and Arrowpoint for hardware and Resonate for software. I've listed them with no particular reason for the order, but in general hardware is more effective than software in this arena.
