Are you using multiple nameservers on one machine? Or just one
name-server but aliasing it to two or more names?
You do NOT need virtual sites for your nameserver. You do need at least
one virtual site pointing to each IP# that your nameserver uses.

Presumably you make sure to your satisfaction that "someone" knows how
to do it right before you let him/her loose on your nameserver <wry

I take it you're aware that 111.222.333.444 is NOT a valid IP#; all
valid IP#s need segments to be postive and less than 256.
Only ONE reverse DNS record per IP#. It should point to something quite
generic. They can, and often should, point to the same domain name.
For example:
111.222.111.222 IN PTR yourdomain.com.
111.222.111.223 IN PTR yourdomain.com.
