[cobalt-users] Easy to transfer data from RaQ2 to RaQ3? Important RaQ3 updates?

I am switching colo companies, and in the process I am going from a RaQ2 to
a RaQ3.  What is the easiest way (if there is one) to get all the
info(site/user information) from my previous RaQ2 to the new RaQ3?

Also, what UPDATES should I make SURE the RaQ3 has?

The cobalt site lists:

Security: Password File Access Update 2.4
Update: 128-bit SSL 1.0
Security: siteUserMod.cgi 2.2
Cobalt RaQ 3 Update 2.0

But are there other NON-Cobalt, but highly important items/updates I should
do/install to a RaQ3?
