As far as moving the sites, if you create them on the new RAQ2 in the same
order, so they get the same Site#, you can use the backup function to then
restore the site to the new RAQ. Just be sure to create the users on the new
RAQ2 first. Just let your clients know when you're going to make the changes
in case they make changes between the time you do the restore and they make
changes to their site.
