If you want to use the gui interface later, follow Will's suggestion. 
If you just want to run DNS manually, read O'Reilly's DNS and Bind,
learn what the "@" means, and create one file for each IP#.  Then just
"cp" 'em.

We manage large numbers of domains all the time; we're in the domain
hosting business.

I could give you the code, but then I'd have to give it to anyone <wry
grin>.  How will I make my million bucks a week in consulting fees then
<smile>.

Doing it this way would mean not being able to use the gui.

Let me know if it's really what you want to do, and I'll send you a
file.

Or we can do it for you, as we've done it for others.  Either using the
RaQ interface (Will's way) or by hand (our way).

We also do DNS hosting, if you're interested.
