Anyone stup^H^H^Hhortsighted enough to turn of telnet before turning on
a replacement deserves all the problems s/he gets into <wry grin>.

Yes, I can fix that server.  I charge $75/hour.  I'll have to fly to
wherever the server is located, plug in a terminal, reboot the server,
and break in through the backdoor.  After I reinstall telnet (or install
ssh), I can fly home.  For $75/hour.  It'll probably be cheaper to buy a
new RaQ <smile>.
