[cobalt-users] Install Secure Web Server - RAQ2

I have several questions with regards to the secure server for the
RAQ2.

The instructions refer to telenet options and restarting the server.
We do not have telenet access to our server.  How do we accomplish
this task?

Is there another company out there that might like to do this job for
us (install and get our secure server running)?
