Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work either; I've not yet been
contacted in over ten days after following instructions there, posting
there, AND making repeated telephone calls.
Finally today I spoke to Cobalt's Customer Support Manager. I still
don't have an answer, though <frown>.

The cobalt employee responses on this list, though few and far between,
are usually quite good.
