You do know that this list is not Cobalt support, right?  Read the
description of the list at:

If you need to contact Cobalt, this is not the place.  Try going to
http://www.cobalt.com/support/ if you need help from Cobalt.

This list is a bunch of people that use Cobalt's products helping each
other out with things that are beyond the scope of Cobalt's support
(like adding other software).  There are some Cobalt people on the list
that chime in from time to time, but they are usually busy working on
other things (like new products, software updates, or answering support
questions sent to Cobalt).
