[cobalt-users] how to upload before dns has propagated

hi friends

have gone to cobalt net and interliant
but can't seem to find details on how to upload files to a name based
virtual site that i have created (multiple sites on one ip)

can someone link me to where i can get the info
or the url that i have to use

ps: the site design is based on frontpage extensions usage
