You probably will not find much information in the web logs under
/var/log/httpd/ which will hold the access and error logs for a
RaQ (combined into two files for RaQ2 where individual files are
/home/site/site#/logs/access.log & error.log.
Best bet is to use ps to look for what's consuming so much resources,
ps auxw | less works well for getting snapshots.
