We will be allowing ftp, but in a chroot'd environment.  For example, your
username is debbie and your home directory is /home/users/debbie - when you
ftp the root dir / is mapped to /home/users/debbie and you can not move
above the directory level of the file system, but can still move throughout
the dirs below.  We will also allow uploads via http and front page
extensions and will cater to web page developers like yourself as our
primary customer.  I believe the Raqs use the RedHat distro of linux and
probably uses wu-ftpd.  I know wu-ftpd supports this function, but not sure
if it is enabled by default.
