If you didn't already, you may want to download a browser that supports
128-bit encryption.  I had a similar case just last week where I installed
an 128-bit key and was unable to view it in IE because I did not have the
version that supported 128-bit encryption.  Every page came up as "Page
Cannot be Displayed"
