[cobalt-users] Server Sending out messages

My RAQ2 has been sending me messages that its CPU is
being over worked.  It has also said that its memory
needs to be upgraded today.  I have added no new users
or any new CGI to the server.  I am behind a firewall
and do not think that it is being cause from the
outside but can not be sure.  Is there a way to tell
exactly what is causing this overload.  It only lasts
for a few minutes at a time.  I have only 200 users
and 1 web site.  Please let me know what you guys
think.
