It neither covers it nor resolves it.

(It just shows you how you can comment out code to keep from getting the
email.  It doens't say a word about why this happens.

I saw a quote earlier on this list that blames it on making a change to
the httpd.conf file manually.

However I got this for a few hours today wihout having made any such
changes today.  And it has fixed itself; I no longer get the emails,
even though I did not make the documented change.

Anyone know what really causes it?
