Yep. This was done on a RaQ4, but shouldn't be too difficult to adapt to the
550 and others.
$ cd /home/sites/www.yoursite.com/web/_vti_pvt
$ cat service.pwd
* pick the username you want to update. For all RaQ's I've worked with,
this should be 'webmaster'
$ htpasswd service.pwd webmaster
This should update the password for the webmaster user to access FrontPage.
