Unless they've changed it in the last few months, you're wrong. Windows
2003 Webserver Edition was licensed for use on Intranets, and a license
for using it for Internet webhosting was $10/processor/month, if you
don't host any authenticated accounts. If you do it's in the
neighborhood of $100/processor/month.
That was true when my license expired a few months ago. I'm trying to
get my information updated; if and when I can find everything I'll let
you know more details.
