Paid Forums never work unless they are fueled by the manufacturer.
There really isn't much work in running a forum, if the software is in
place. Also if it is a matter of space or bandwidth, some of us have the
space and the bandwidth to house and serve it. So why is there even a
discussion of payments or donations?
