I am having immense problems keeping up with this discussion/thread.   Would
somebody at the top of the discussions (ie someone actively involved be so
kind as to summarize the discussion so far and list the options / decisions
made (or needing to be made)

If we continue in the roundabout manner we are going in at the moment then I
am afraid we will never achieve anything, nor move forward
