can you locate the missing file (libgd.so.1.8) on your other servers? if so,
try copying it to the same location on the server that doesn't work and let
us know if that helps.

Anyway the funny thing is that I have the same version installed in all my
servers and all the same PHP version..... and all the same Webalizer.....

thats why I am freaking out....
