Ok, done, adding cobalt-security and cobalt-announce now.

Working with yourself and Jeff on this as we speak. We're trying to make the
move as seamless as possible.
Don't see them as new lists; they're solely replacements for the current
lists. Same community, same feel, and we'll be running them in the same
fashion as now.
We've got a great community here - let's not let it fade!
