No seriously - I have no idea what could really be wrong there.  Which OS
and which Outlook version have they got?

I have some users that are using outlook getting mail, it seems that only
when they send to hotmail.com it fails. However when they use openwebmail it
works fine... any ideas as to why this is happening?
