What I found worked for me is to copy /etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail to
sendmail.org, then copy the /etc/rc.d/init.d/mailscanner to sendmail.
What this does is have the system "restart" sendmail using the mailscanner
scripts which seems to work. The GUI will do a "sendmail" restart each time
you add a site or change settings that affect mail, and this restarts it and
the mailscanner so they stay in sync.
