Rob,
It it is working like mine to, the box is taking the "httpd.conf.master"
file and copying it over httpd.conf. Take the backup and copy it both to
httpd.conf and httpd.conf.master and see what that does. Verify first that
your configuration contains all the appropriate sites - and that those sites
exist under /home/sites
