My educated guess is that they've added some checks, among them being
searches of drives listed in /proc/5 and fd is listed.
Hence the error.
I don't see any reason why they'd take it out; fd couldn't be listed in
/proc/5 if it's not there; it's a cobalt bug more than anything.
