[cobalt-users] Chilisoft on a RaQ3

My first post to the list :)  It's a Chilisoft problem...hope someone can
help!!

We can get the ASP to function on the main domain for the server
(host1.wholesaleisp.net) but any virtual domains do not process ASP's and
instead get error 506 ASP not available.

We've tried the automatic adding of a servers (about 80 running on the
machine) as well as manually entering it into the "Manage a server" page
which returns the following error:
Error: -2147352567 - Unable to locate section
[/home/sites/www.pepperguy.com/web] in /opt/casp/INSTALL/webserver-cache. 
Please, check the Web server directory you are trying to install ASP in to.
 
Please get back to me ASAP....We purchased the package (ver. 3.5.01) through
Cobalt and have called them several times this week and not heard back.
This is running on a Cobalt RaQ3.  Thank you.
