Have you checked the DNS on this box, and is it a
RaQ? If it's not set to send out updates on a reasonable
basis, as others have suggested it may not have fully
propagated yet.

DNS Reports, as other suggested, is pulling the same
info. You'll note near the top these came from a 'centralnic.net',
which may not be updating records (or fast enough at least).

GUI/DNS records 'on the old box' or are you referring to
changes on the .157 box that the DNS searches are hitting? Since
all RaQ GUI's look the same, you may want to re-check and be sure
that you deleted everything from the old RaQ and have the correct
settings on the new. Then you're at the mercy of propagation, so
you may not see results in seconds. If an NS has remained the
same through all of this, you could see updates quickly since you're
serving DNS from your own box. If you changed the NS's in any
fashion recently, those have to propagate as well and could be
causing the delay.

Two things I can think of, the RaQ3/4 used to drive me nuts
as I'd miss one small but obvious setting and it'd default back
to the primary website (if we're talking virtual sites and not
ones with dedicated IP's on your server). I'll raq my brain to
remember, but it's been awhile...
Second would be that you mention deletions, re-adds, etc.
all that causes additional DNS zone updates to come out, which
may bog down your changes being processed somewhere in the World.
But, all these changes you mentioned in the last paragraph, if
they were done on the 'new' server home for the site, would have
no bearing as the World still has records that things are supposed
to be on the original server's IP address.
Sometimes it's better to stop, take a breath and go step by
step on all settings to ensure you didn't miss something. It's
happened to the best of us!
Wait a sec... I just tuned in the website. Are you serving
any sites from the same IP's as your NS's? Normally you'd have a
site like www.redcatmedia.net with an IP and have virtual websites
linked to that... Possibly that's confusing things?
HTH!
