Observe the TxRx LED, it should flash every few seconds, as the RaQ trys
to find a DHCP server.

Use a null-modem cable on serial port one and see what the
server is doing.

Try ^F8 on the PC and see if the RaQ ever makes a dhcp request,
and if it gets a response (ip address).
